No way. They dont have the balls to do it. When he's introduced, I reckon Cecil will be premium.- It's about time SSB became a normal character, none of this tapping his brains out in other Springfield anymore. And he should be cash not donuts we've paid our dues tapping him in every town we visit in special events and in friend's towns.
