Anybody know who has first task?

Well, it will be a little while before all my characters are free, but is there no freemium character this level? I don't see any locked buildings in the build menu.

Edit: I see it, now. Needed a refresh, I guess.

Totally getting the chalk outlines. I've been waiting for something to fill that empty space behind the businessman's club.
