Had 2.7m in the kitty so could build straight away, and will now not spend anything until I get it back to 3m. Stopped on the money mountain once I got to Level 9 because I can finish that at my leisure.
Yeah, that's very expensive at 1.32m but you also get 132200 XP straight away, which will push me into another 3 bonuts tomorrow.
Patience is a virtue in this game, just don't get frustrated. aSkydude252 wrote:
There really should be some non-premium new decoration. Some cool premium things, fine, gotta support the game, I know, but throw some cash stuff in there as well.
Though speaking of "supporting the game" I would be curious to know about licensing fees EA has to pay to Fox, and such. Because I would think this is also good advertising for the show, and companies typically pay for those...I wonder how the math on that shakes out.
In October of 2013 it was announced: "tapped out has now generated over $100 million in life-to-date digital net revenue, publisher Electronic Arts announced today. The game was released in August 2012 and has been in the top 20 iPhone grossing games in the United States for all but 12 days since launch, EA said."
You can imagine how they are doing now.

It looks like you unlock a non-premium decoration in the questline. But it would be nice if the premium and non-premium items were more balanced!- There actually is a cash decoration in this update, you just have to advance in the questline to unlock it. A pool can be purchased for $5000.

Can one buy more than one? Or is it A pool? Annathewicked wrote:

You can apparently upgrade the pool to add more decorations, so I would assume it is a unique item. :(crosby357 wrote:

There's still twice as much premium junk as regular junk, though. I count four items that add up to 310 donuts. Irritating. I won't be getting any of it.- Annathewicked10 years agoRising Traveler

I concur!
Although, it will be nice to have a pool to go with Bachelor Arms. That sign has always bothered me.
