Mayor Quimby bugged task

For years I’ve been looking for answers and for years nothing has come up and EA loves giving the ring around for customers trying to ask them for help (still can’t get ahold of them to this day) my mayor quimby has the “work out payments” 3h quest highlighted no matter how many times I do it it never goes away I genuinly don’t know what to do anymore
