Ok, it's started now. I think the problem may have been that I hadn't redone the level 57 quest lines after losing all my level 57 content and having to repurchase it. I sent the Simpson family to eat at the Overpass Diner again, and completing the first quest seemed to trigger the start of the level 58 quest line…
