Sorry to hear about your problems, that sucks. - that's what always happen if you don't let the game finish downloading, reinstall the game and it should be back

I agree it's a crud response. Since it has happened before, I knew there wasn't much to be done- I just wanted it noted and insisted on having my ticket passed to the game team- they need to fix the issue so it stops happening to people. I was in the game plenty long enough for it to sync. They said it was their bad with a server hiccup.... Ok, fix it for next time- I don't want to have this happen round 3.
