Level up bonus glitch

I was sitting at 74 donuts. I got my first "level up" to give me 2, so 76. Half a minute later, I stalled while clicking on a character, and the bonus came back up. Again. And again. And again. I took the first pic a few in. The second is what I was at when it stopped. I did a force exit, went back in ... still at the same. This is my secondary account, too, haha.
How may bonus levels had you completed?
