Libido missing.....

Yes. This is a spreading issue. You should report it to Customer Support (BTW, the Answers forum is NOT Customer Support, we just give advice there.)

I bought the donut/Libido package today. There are no new characters in my inventory and the purchase went through. Is Libido a Lisa skin?

Hi,
I have the same issue that Libido did not appear after purchasing the bundle. It is not in the characters section and greyed out in collections and not in Town Hall listing of characters.
I have contacted EA support through the game on multiple occasions and they tell me it must be a bug and they can't help and that the programmers will have to fix the game.
I have deleted the app - restarted phone- reinstalled game -- re logged in and still no joy.

EA say they can see I purchased Libido and it should be in my game.

Can anyone help me please ?
