Much like many of you here, I, too have been unable to access my account since the end of Easter update. I tried from other devices, deleted the app and reinstalled, and contacted EA live chat for assistance. The first person that assisted me apologized for my inconvenience, awarded me 5 donuts and directed me to post about my issue in the following forum:

After posting on the forum page, I received an email stating my case was closed. I initiated another live chat regarding the issue, again was apologized to for any inconvenience. This person actually took the time to look into my town and noted I was a premium player and awarded me 5 donuts and directed me to post information regarding my issue in the following forum:

I inquired as to why there were two 'help' forums open for people who are experiencing the inability to access their game and I was assured there wasn't. I went on to explain how the person I spoke with the other evening directed me to a different area and asked how posting in multiple areas was going to expedite correcting the problem. I received no answer but a response basically to the point stating that was all they could do to help me at the time. He did, however, assure me I would miss no content, and it am now awaiting a transcript of our conversation so when I do miss the Milhouse skin, I can refer to it in yet another ticket.
