- I actually won my Yahoo Fantasy League the year before last, but I haven't signed up since because I haven't had a lot of time.
- not an active member of the forums but would be interested if there was one :) , is there a league?
or do you need one made? - Ahh, nevermind. LOL. As a "Yank" I assumed you meant American football. So yeah... I don't know anything about non-American football.
- I've never been interested in it. I have a favorite football team, the Eagles. With my luck I would have to draft someone or a defense from a team I really dislike. I can't root for Tony Romo or the Cowboys or anyone else in the NFC East for that matter, well except for RG3. I kinda like him for some reason

I actually like the creative aspect of it. It's a job to put together a winning team. Although you can rank your players of interest for the draft, there's no guarantee that you can get who you want. Plus, you have the surprise of injuries and players just having an off year. I always concentrated on good defense and a good Running Back to build the core around. I played 3 years and finally won my final year, after having been middle of the pack for the first 2.ncblonde wrote:

Sound like a good plan and something I would do. I could also see myself trying too hard. Like looking at each teams schedules/match-ups, factoring in weather/elevation, or trying to figure out run/pass defense vs. offenses and players. It would take way too much of my time because I would try too hard. It takes me about 10-14 hours to pick my college teams for the end of the year bowl pool. I've won it twice now, so all the time hasn't been for nothing or maybe I just got lucky.- Yes I have an NFL one, can't wait for the season to start in September :)

How much time does it need dedicating to it? If it's a case of being able to choose a squad at the start of the season and then not needing to do too much maintenance work (barring injuries) if you don't want to then I'd be up for it.
Barring injuries all you need is to set up at te start and its done, of course you can do a transfer a week anyway but it's not necessary,I'd make a league if enough people participate. Or someone else could it depends on those. It's simply called Barclays fantasy football league.
As you can see apart from te English and liverpool supporters league I'm not actually in many.- haha, it took me until now to realize you were talking about soccer...
