It might be an Act Three skin maybe? Some people have gotten Act 3 prizes by mistake

Yes, almost certainly an Act 3 prize - if you tap on the Act 3 Prizes tab, the "Hold yer horses" message shows Longshot Skinner as a teaser in the same way that the Act 2 Prizes showed Outlaw Snake before Act 2 went live.
