I very much doubt that anyone can really move down the queue. This strikes me as merely another ploy on the part of some EA staffers to get users to stop calling them. It’s on par with their habit of getting rid of complainants by sending them to the forum. Unprofessional.
And if you’ve really been waiting since December, that’s too long. Period.
