MAKE THE NOTIFICATIONS STOP!!!
I agree. I don't mind "ding" type notifications but I really really need to stop the Homer ones. Please help, it is disruptive. Thanks!

it's been fixed now for a month or 2. it's in the settings tab now, not the notifications
so go to
settings > tapped out(all the way at the bottom) > Local Notifications set to off
so go to
settings > tapped out(all the way at the bottom) > Local Notifications set to off
