My criteria is two fold, if they don't occasionally visit AND they do not have a tile for me to tap, adios. I have a ton of empty space now leading up to the Christmas event. I'll start filling slots once the update kicks in.
I no longer have a tile to tap *sniff* but at least I visit! :D
