Mall quest not finishing

Mine is still building too, but my quest for get festive decorations 6/6 shows done but quest isn't closing out...

I finished it today without issue.

Use the crosshairs tool... :)

I had to force-quit the application (remove it from memory). When I relaunched it, the quest finished. :-D
