Mansion Gardens Square Question

Hello! I've just received this prize but only got four items (Statue, Platform, Square and Pond) I'm still missing the 2 Gazebos, 8 Pillars, 8 Planters, and 4 Tree Lines. I've done a hard close on my app and then restarted my device. I've checked my inventory very carefully and nothing. Should I just contact EA or am I missing something? Thanks!

    I got it about a week ago. I put out the four items that you got and thought that was it. Earlier this week I suddenly found other parts in my inventory. I am not sure if it is because I didn't see them or if they appeared later.

    I'm glad you got your items! Okay, I think I'll give it a week or two and then contact EA if I don't see them in my inventory. Thank you so much for your reply!

    Hi
    When you open your inventory, do not select "decorations" - just start at the main screen and start paging over. The pieces are separated for some reason. And the gazebos etc were like 3/4 through over by mall-o-rail station pieces and manhole stations. Not sure why. The pond/statute was like 1/4 but the others were further in.

    Yes, I checked yesterday through my entire inventory and didn't see anything. But I opened my game today and there they were in my inventory. I wonder if there was a glitch or if I didn't look carefully enough. Either way I'm glad I found all the pieces. I'm eager to decorate my Springfield Heights :) Thanks for your reply!
