Martinis
Afaik, the new Crafting Currency will be available once Act II begins on March 7th (Monday).

Each level needs a different set of crafting materials:
L1 = keyrings & coasters
L2 = coasters & martinis
L3 = martinis & promo tickets
When you reach L2, martinis should start dropping too.
I don't think anyone's had them drop normally. It seems to require Level 2 and Act 2 to get them.
