ive got 30 of each, my problem was fountain 1. i missed a lot of coasters while getting to much of everything else. 30 work out well for my plans :D

Sounds like the same situation for me. 40 of each fountain, and the limiting factor is coasters so Fountains 1 and 3 are stalled. I don't want unequal amounts of each fountain, so I'll just have to see how many more coasters I can get from now until the end.

On one town it is fairly even, but the other is lacking in the 2 middle items.

Keychains are killing me, it looks like I'm not going to have enough for my star checkerboard.

Coasters. 0 against 300+ of other types of resources. But I spent a lot for levelling up.
