Max elves?

If there is a Max it is at least 23 (4 at the start 19 from tunnels) but there is a glitch which doesn't add elves once earned

Just so you know it might be worth your while to check again because when I got an elf through the daily bonus and initially it didn't add but after returning from krustyland it added

Same happened to me last night. Seems you have to sync your town by leaving (friend visit, KL, log out and back in) to have the elf show occasionally.

I had 19, and just completed tunnel 14. The new elf has not been added. Already have closed the game, reopened it. Gone to neighbors & KL with still no new elf.

I've been in a chat with EA for some time now and she had me check my inventory. There were two elves there! I don't know if she put them there during our attempts to fix the problem, or they were there all along and I just didn't know. The elves were at the very end of my inventory list.

That's not what my experience was like dealing with ea's customer service. I kept getting fed lines about how there will be an update to fiX the problem and return the elves I'm missing, but they refused to say when this was going to happen. No updates yet and no elves in inventory.

I had something similar happen. Never saw the elf, it wasn't in the toy workshop so I went to sync at KL. When I went there, so did he! haha. Coming back to my town DID fix my issue btw.

I had the same thing - and I got an email saying my case was closed with nothing having actually been done to fix it.

I have 21 and am on tunnel 16. So after I get elves for 16/17/18/19
so 25? Not counting if I win a daily one, so maybe 26 max if I can win one more of those?
This is assuming elves won't be needed for part two of the game. If they are then I would say
50-55?
