Worked in my main town, token received, exchanged for donuts worked (early in event) went to a secondary town next and nothing, no token received. Strange.

I happened to me as well. Since I don’t have a Mystery Box I thought I would be able to exchange it for a dozen donuts, but no.

I just got an update and it fixed the token exchange.
