Legend Tokens Shipments
CG_Meatheadwould you please be able to say yes or no on whether characters will ever be added to the legend tokens shop? It hurts my brain to be in limbo on not knowing one way or another. Thanks! Mtfbwy

Because it's a resource management game, and because they've said many times that they want to discourage hoarding, I'm quite certain that you'll never get an answer on this.
The characters will come or they won't, but it's incredibly unlikely that you'll get a warning. That would encourage you to do exactly that which CG says they don't want you to do.
It's simply a shame ... If you don't have Leviathan, you just can't fullfil the requirements because the interceptor is nowhere ....
