Mega playscape upgrades
After the act1 my playground is not yet fully upgraded... how can we upgrade it?

@chrisdirai146, pfft, I agree. Was trying to get the horsey thingies to upgrade because I think they’re cute. This is the first time i’m likely to scrap major event content & unlike other items I’ll be happy for this stuff to disappear into the depths of my storage.
I had to attack my bases for 2 days before they went into the fully degraded look. Then fortified over a few days & it worked.
