Million dollar items

8 blue houses per square
13x13 squares per town
if you put blue houses on 60 squares its 480 houses.
$150 per 8 hours per house + bonus income.
72,000 per 8 hours.

ie house farming
  • I play a lot and just ended up with the money. No house farming here but I have a lot of premium items
So my premium characters earn more money, extra buildings earn money and police cars and other decorations
Have me at a 50 percent bonus on all jobs and tasks. So I make a lot of extra money. Wish this was real life.
I have the escalator, Popsicle skyscraper and a million already saved for the magnifying glass.

  • Save save save that's how, but seriously long time player so I had everything and nothing to do between up dates but save also I have a lot of premiums so that helped. :D

This. Yep. Saving is key. Ive been playing since October and I stopped buying decorations about a month ago or so, after I stocked my inventory with dozens of every item so I could just save everything I was making. I was at around 9 million after my decoration spree and when I started saving, and I'm up to just over 20 million after about 5 weeks. My main reason for wanting to have so much money saved up is it lets you send characters on tasks you enjoy seeing without having to worry about the payout. I usually always have my characters on outdoor tasks that i like watching regardless of time or payout, even though it'd be more efficient to put them all on 2-4 hour tasks or whatever. Having that luxury is one of my favorite aspects of the game, being able to see the characters constantly doing different animations and not being in buildings all the time is really cool.
