Its not specific to the elchem build, that is just timing as to where people are in their xp and game play. Many many many got it with wiggam build and many have also reported with burns manor build. Ea has a glitch with their experience points and the bonus percentages as well as with certain buildings. Then it was compounded with the new donut game they threw in a recent update. Everyone is susceptible and its a matter of timing.
