Given that people have real lives, I'm pretty tolerant. I'll notice if there's nothing to tap, but I realise that a lot of people take breaks between events. Plus with lower level players, there won't always be something to tap which is fine, in time their town will grow and it's fun watching that. Even during an event I'm pretty lenient, sometimes there are connection issues or crashes, and sometimes people might not enjoy the event so they take a break. So I guess I think about deleting people after 3-4 weeks, maybe as long as 8 weeks. Often I've added a player because they post here about having problems as I just like to help, people like that I have loads of patience with.
Hopefully my neighbours are as laid-back as me! I only played the last week of CoC (needed a break) and Christmas Part 2 was boring so I just cleared handshakes, I don't think anyone deleted me.
