Missing donuts
Dear God, no, not a negative review. This is a user forum, generally, no one can fix your error. And since you don't even know how many you may have lost, I can't see how EA could help you any way.

I've been able to stop speed ups by catching them before the timer went down. I think it was from clicking on a premium item by. Mistake, not placing it and then they went down. I just know they've been cheep before, I also know my donuts have changed lower and it was higher earlier.
Well if you didn't place it, the item is likely in your inventory.
I'd also recommend turning on the donut confirmation, open the build menu, click the i in the corner, and change the settings for donut confirmation to on.
