@spritals148 Neighbors can only tap on buildings that are ready to be collected. Therefore if you have collected income from every building, I will not have anything to tap.
When I visited yesterday I was able to tap 3 buildings. Not sure why you only received one handshake.
I placed a few extra brown houses in my town for neighbors to tap because I usuallly set my characters on 1 hour tasks and with the IRS building my town is cleared every hour. (Except for the last week or so, I've taken a break from my town and neighbor visits. )
