As said in several other threads: nope. I already have two of Moe's clothes, and my Homer is still happily force-eating donuts.

I believe if you store the DTD, Homer will be free to do it. Though I am trying to remember, but I think Homer was in the DTD when the dialog popped up while I was in Krustyland. Then I went back to SF and started tapping aliens and found the shirt.
You can also click on the Simpsons house, and it says you have items in the attic. That will show you the entire outfit to collect.
