I read this entire thread more than once, and have concluded that it's actually anti-informative.
Meaning, rather than learning some useful tip, I'm now aware of more things - that i don't understand! :P
Maybe Rockefeller above me has a spare Hamilton he's not lighting another stogie with, he can send it to me and I'll be happy to drop it on more pretty pixels.
