Although I'm not working on either right now (need to get to max game level and build up my cash reserves), I'll be going for Money Mountain first. I may never do the Redwood. MM looks really cool and gives the skin for Mr Burns and the tree gives you nothing for your five million plus! NOTHING!!! It's just a big tree and there are plenty of trees in the game already.
