It's not like i am going to go into a town and then check the list to see if they have a specific building so that i can dump it.
you just dump what you see.

But you would know which buildings to place near the Blueprint Tally so your neighbors will be fast visiting in your town.

you really redesign your town in order to help your neighbors during an event?
it doesn't take long to scroll over a bit to find something to tap.

Some people place their Tally in SH and it takes some extra seconds to find the dumpable buildings, a bit petty but it helps.
