Basically if you're "caught up" then you'll be allowed 4,500 additional blue prints form the board every day. Seems kind of weird but I am at 26,000 without really grinding so I guess there's no need to worry. No matter what numbers we have to hit, these events always seem to find a way of working themselves out.

This must be glitching on me, then...because I had about 18K blueprints last night (after it capped out), and only have 23K now, and it's capped. I don't know why they're restricting it so much.Edit: Never mind, didn't realize this was cumulative. That's.....awful. Awful.

More confirmation that the last 4 days of act one sees the cap double from 4.5K to 9K. I feel a lot better about being able to complete act one now. Still don't like that I'm spending large portions of my day with nothing to do for the vent but to wait for possums to reset but oh well.

I preferred past events where if you missed a day, regardless of which day, could make it up. With the new structure, missing a day toward the very end could be critical.

It is a running cume.... including any Overage you may have had the day before. So...if you did what I did, which was Two of the BIG ones (2K+) and a substantial one (1K+) in this order... 2K..1K (got my daily bonus for two completed...but stayed under the 4500 cap), then another 2k+ to finish out...it is going to penalize me tomorrow the difference. So...tomorrow, my cap is going to be 4,500 LESS the overage I had today.

The key to keeping your sanity, is going to keep hitting as close to the 4500...just over...or barely under...and you will be good the next day. I know. Complicated. But, it is the only thing that makes sense for the huge range of numbers that are being reported as "cut off" limits.

I think they've actually taken the pressure off of us. It's not a race is what this means. They want everyone to end up with a monorail. So there's no reason to fear falling way behind the pack, and there's no reason to race through it for extra extra donuts because there aren't any. You literally can't race way out in front of the pack--except by spending donuts---and even then you only get the monorail a few days early.

Really confused about these caps. What is going on? I got 9433 blueprints + what i got from neighbouring surely i didnt recieve 18,000 blue prints today!!!! :(

Collected 6 times from project today, in total 2153 BP. Yesterday was about 4000.
