Monsters still not spawning properly

From all the info I'm reading online it appears that monsters we can send characters to battle are supposed to spawn at the rate of 2 monsters every 4 hours. The problem is coming after I sleep for 8 hours I should have 4 monster in town to fight. Thursday morning I had 2 monsters after 8 hours, Friday I had all 4 show up, Saturday (today) only 2 again.

Anyone else having problems with monsters not spawning as they should?

    I can get 4 monsters but as soon as I start to send people to fight them it drops down to two. I'm also having trouble neighbouring, just keep getting kicked off! Very annoying! Wish they'd fix it!

    Yes that's what happens, four have just come up for me, but only two can fight. Some of my neighbours have spare monsters with no fighters, don't ask what that's about :D
    As for getting kicked off, could be to do with content, but don't quote me on that. :# Someone else might come on with a better answer.

    4 also came up for me this morning, for the first time since Event started. One of them was special yellow! I used to get only two at a time. Now I wish I bought the cat lady so I could have five fighters and get yellow with two.

    As for getting kicked off, could be to do with content, but don't quote me on that. :# Someone else might come on with a better answer.

    You could be right about content. Usually play on my iPad which is getting full, just neighboured ok on my iPhone which has a bigger memory. Thanks

    I have all the the fighters, but I still don't get to have them all fighting all of the time.

    I'm not getting more than two feral monsters at a time.

    Edit: Just to be clear I am getting the giant monsters but I'm not getting feral monsters.

    I wake up in AM with several and then only have 2 every 4 hours like the rest of us.

    Pretty amazing they haven't fixed this in the three weeks the event has been going on
