Monty Burn"s Circus Is Really Bad

Agreed! I've been having fun with it and love the SH bits too. I haven't gotten a reg LL yet, but I did get the retro. Not a fan of pink but love it all the same. Nice job EA :)

I really like those small events, instead of grinding away for 40 days. Liked the prices better in this than in the sci-fi thing as well. Almost all my sci-fi is in storage.
Really like that the digi Big Ben showing the actual local time, though. Made a english lookning area with that and the townhouses and bg red brick buildings. (still need some work to be really nice)

The prizes are meh, to be honest. The only decent prize is the Springfield Bowl, which I'm looking forward to unlocking! :smiley:

Okay, im a neutral here, or at least as neutral as i can be.

Bought Retro LArd LAd as i d love that classic look, although i gotta say i call BS a store that big and it only sells doughnuts? Probably a malt shop whose specialty is Donuts but whatever.

Heres my issue:

Wheres the "free" stuff?

You have a nice amount of Premium items up for sale, ok.
You have the prizes awarded for the mini event, they're free, also ok.
Wheres the item you can buy with ingame cash?

The store is full of donut items so a large amount of people will feel that its a money grubbing event (kinda is) if there was at least 1 item that could be bought with cash people would be more willing to let it slide ( my opinion).

Prizes are a tad weak, two prizes are skins for a new building, why no free character or free skin?
I do believe that its okay to not offer a free character all the time but offering a skin for Mr. Burns with the Springfield Bowl would have been neat.

Then after the event was over you could have offered it for dounts as a skin+Building combo.

After the quest is done you'll have three skins for the new Lard Lad: Statue Missing; Statue Covered; Chrome Focus Group-Tested Statue (includes the abilty to set the store on fire).
