Have you tried nuking ?
Why would that work?
It wouldn't , apart from causing you tons of work. New players should take no notice of these idiots. The only reason for "nuking" would be to reorganise your game. Even then you would need to be really dedicated to Simpsons to commit to the long hours of trolling thru the different segments, to find the item you want. But then you might be stuck at home with a broken leg!- I didn't have too much trouble doing this, the only problems were "Where to put everything because there is not enough land", and "Getting everyone on 8 hour shifts collecting resources instead of IGC tasks".
I have all 10 Classic Mansions & Modern Mansions, 3 Islands, 10 Condos, 4 Exclusive Resorts, I think 6 Enterprise Centres & 6 Car Ports and they are all maxed out.
1 of each of the Black and White Yaughts, Fancy Pier Tiles, loads of Fancy Gates and Fences, Polo Field, Clay Tennis Court, multiple pieces of Ornate Garden stuff, 3 Beach Hut things with Jacuzzis that I can extend with boardwalk and look like I could extend it with Beach Hideaways (donuts!), Sending Cookie Kwan on Selling Real Estate at every given opportunity though it is just a drop in the ocean.
It's like "Now less than £20" and it's £19.95, when you're talking 2,000 pennies what difference does 5 pennies make.
I suppose you don't have too buy so many Fancy Fence panels but it is a hell of a lot of Selling Real Estate.
There's probably some other stuff I bought I've forgotten about as well.
Though it does look a bit of a dive. - Just finished buying and maxxing out all 10 of Classic Mansion, Modern Mansion, Deluxe Condo, Car Port, Business Centre, Exclusive Resort, along with everything above, my SFH value is 1,289,539,500.
Would it have been more efficient to have just concentrated on that, rather than getting loads of these little things and loads of those little things, especially since some of the ideas to use the buildings or upgraded parts that I have seen and have ideas about require lots of buildings???
YES, I think it would have been more efficient to have concentrated on building and upgrading than getting little bits.
As for where to put them, well, my SFH looks like a building site anyway so I don't think it would have made any difference. - frosted14146 years agoSeasoned Newcomer@klmaker I thought max out meant 2 billion
- Loanet6 years agoRising ScoutI wish we could sell out Springfield Heights stuff. I mean, it doesn't make the game more easy against EA, it just means that we don't have Heights stuff clogging up our inventories.

Admittedly, I didn't mention upgrading because I thought it would be understood as I had typed:
"Just finished buying and maxxing out all 10 of Classic Mansion, etc, etc", that I was only referring to buying and maxxing out buildings.
I remember the hassle and the grinding just to get little things like, 3 Jet Ski's, loads of Fancy Gates & Fences, Ornate Pounds?, Big Boats, Vineyards, Polo Fields, Clay Tennis Courts, just to get 1 Billion.
Forget it, just forget all that.
If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have bothered.
I would just have got the buildings and grind the resources to upgrade all buildings to the max, buy the odd thing here and there which did form some quests, but otherwise, only concentrated on buildings and get the 1 Billion and Billionaire's Haven, then worry about how many trimmings I wanted.
This would have been so much more efficient in my opinion, my two pence for what it's worth.
I'm not worrying about maxxing out at 2 Billion, as that will mean buying more stuff and dumping it somewhere as I don't have the room and then the hassle of where to start redesigning a complete pig sty.
I have already done that with Springfield, I don't want to repeat it.
At the moment, I'm busy with recycling so I can get donuts for the YMB, along with Maggie's game and Daily Challenges, as well as doing the events, at least on this one it does not take away as many characters from the Depots making it too much hassle to do any recycling.
I am also currently buying up land where I can afford it and moving stuff around, there's the buildings that I feel could be private residence have been moved to a seperate area ready for some work, some coloured houses have been set and are having garden designs somewhere else.
Nuking, why?
Doing it in plots gives a better sense of proportion and location to everything else rather than having blank green everywhere.
Everybody is busy, cramming SFH can wait.- Ignore everything I said, this is the wrong thread.
There's a thread somewhere that talks about maxxing out buildings and storing them and your bonus doesn't go down, which is rubbish, I tried it and it dropped.
I saw my original post and thought this was it, but neither of them belong here.
Sorry.
