The heart of corruption : Heights of Athim bug

So I killed the two other champion and I can't get to the third one in heights of athim. I opened the door with the essence, the caretaker greet me but then when I go into the area, the boss is not there. This is a bummer since I would like to finish that quest...

Any idea please ?

I'm having the exact same issue. I can get in, get the details from the keeper but then there are no mobs and nothing I do triggers them. I can access the chest without issue and open the door on the left.

There's a tendril that needs to be destroyed.
