Japanese was my language in high school, so I will gladly translate. They have an alphabet specifically for writing foreign words and this is what's used on the sign, making it really simple.
Big letters:
Misuta Supaakoru== Mister Sparkle (if you say the japanese version fast, you'll hear that's literally what it says)
Smaller Letters:
Pawa Kuriin== Power Clean (they don't have an 'L' sound in their language, so it's replaced by 'R's. They also don't have a 'C' so they use 'K'.)
No kidding, the Japanese word for ice cream is 'Aisu kuriimu'. Hear it? :)
