Mutant Seedling NPC from Terwilligers Event

There were 5 mutants total. The red small seed, then the fat green blob looking one & then the 3 corn bobs.

    Just revisited to be sure my eyes weren't deceiving me, & they weren't... So something is definitely amiss.
