OK. I wouldn't know, as I never turned it on (I'm that good at tapping :)). I just went with what people have been reporting on here. So I'm not wrong. People have reported it turned off after updating.

Iv dealt with BS trying to get my donuts back on other issues an the Harps issue people had an they gave me 12 donuts for my troubles

OP, I would contact iTunes or Google Play or whatever platform you're on. I've never tried contacting EA about donut problems.. On several occasions I've made silly mistakes like yours and iTunes was quick to refund me enough to replace the donuts and even once they refunded my money flat out.

(Had to edit that. Chock full of errors. Don't drive and post.)

Seriously? You should have your lincense taken away for that :evil:.

Don't you think this is a bit of a pity reason to stop playing the game? After all it was YOUR mistake and it wasn't your actual money you spent. Yeah it sucks but it's not worth quitting over imo.

But someone said ITUNES would give you cash back but if you did not spend anything an they do ask for receipts I doubt they will give you anything.

Another reason why EA is the worst company in the world! Horrible HORRIBLE customer service.

Gosh, so many people here in a position to judge. Amazing! You ought to copyright those ideas and get in touch with your local Conservative/Republican/Far Right member of parliament/congress and see if they want to include those in their unemployed charters.

well even that is illegal in the UK. If you are in the drivers seat using a mobile you can be fined. You have to pull off the road, park up and take your keys out of the ignition.
