I'm almost there. Have about 900 million and have been waiting to do rat trap trucks etc again but have been holding off until I can hit 1B. Of course, if I farmed donuts and increased by % then perhaps I could get to 1B quicker.

I try to make 400 % with tennis courts. I noticed that they increase xp multiplier too late ?

I had just over a billion then for some reason went bat sh*t crazy KEM farming , now down to $40,000,000 LOL Oh well, I will make it back up ??

Your explanation makes perfect sense to me, though I defer to those in the know, to give the the correct response. To put things in perspective, I was beyond thrilled to see my number go over 10 million. Ah, for the good old days of wanting a single tree in my brand new Springfield and needing to choose between buying the tree that cost $100 and saving up so I could afford the tree that cost $220.

It was more interesting in the past @darrenholm736. After you hit 2.1B then, it becomes a negative number and will run to zero as you continue to earn money and eventually you will lose 4.29B. I lost 4.29B once due to that.

But now, you hit 4.29B, that is the cash limit. But the XP will continue to be harvested

I had stopped collecting IGC "on purpose" (ie seeking to tap to collect money, was still collecting randomly when playing) after reaching £300 million because it wasn't worth the trouble. But now with the "hand" that allows to collect all buildings in one go I'm also almost reaching $1 billion (I'm up to $920 million or so).
That together with the downtime in events (meaning to place to spend donuts) also allowed me to collect more then 300 donuts when farming, so when the next event comes less farming will be needed.
