My neighbor's Christmas lights

Not one person put anything up during the xmas time in my road, two roads down a house had LOADS of lights on (a very small house btw) even had a santa popping up out of a chimney in the front garden lol  Kids loved it lol
  • Last year I took so long to take mine down that I told people I'd started a new tradition: an MLK tree. It has lights and bells and elves, all such special reminders of the civil rights movement. This way I could chide my neighbors that they were running late with their decorations.
  • LOL i have a few neighbors in tapped out with there lights still on but lmao finishing putting your lights up after xmas hahahahaha thats a good one :p
  • Not outside lights but my mother in law had her tree up in march last year. We joked that she should just change the lights to red, white and blue and she could keep them up until July.

In my Springfield I have maybe 2-3 houses without lights. The houses look plain without the lights and with snow. I will probably leave them up until the snow goes, even then I might be lazy and keep one or two houses decorated :)

My word! I hope it wasn't a real tree! Would have been pretty spindly and quite the fire hazard by march!

Please tell your mother-in-law I said "hi" :)
  • Try punching the house and see if any gold coins pop out. If it works, go back the next day at the same time and try again.

We had white LED lights for the balcony. They went up two years ago and they never came down. In my area, most of the residents hate Christmas and we've had people come and destroy previous Christmas decorations. :(

Anyone that destroys Christmas lights should be punched in the stomach.

Anyways this year it was my turn to take down the tree :( This huge, massive thing with tons of decorations on it, I was seriously wondering if I could find a box big enough so I could just slip the tree carefully inside, so next Christmas all I had to do was remove the tree and BAM, it's already decorated for you 8)

Chopping up the dead tree with bullets is much more fun.

    I wholeheartedly concur :)
