Not sure why righteousness is hard to understand:
Rating (ways it) Drops:
Randomly
Rating (ways to) Increase:
Tap Side-show Bob (if unowned, or visiting Other Springfield)
Remove Graffiti
Permanent (meaning you will never see your rating drop, at least to a low value - number required increases over time):
Place Training walls
(If owned) Nero's Wall (from Casino event)
I've never seen (valid) data that cites why this rating drops. Only theories. I conclude it does it on its own.
