Thanks LPN! I've been busy, haven't been able try it yet, I will in awhile after I reset my kids and fighters. I have an email in to EA, I'll post back with their response and whether or not the reinstall works.
I'm surprised no one else here has run into this, at least two other people over at Addicts have said it happened to their hotels too. Maybe my game is jinxed, I never get any of the beneficial glitches, just problems! ;) By the way, I'm here everyday, been a member quite awhile, I just tend to lurk in the shadows. :D
