My Springfield is still zoomed in very close.

When I had issues with zooming this app helped on my Samsung. Try using this game tuner app and play with the resolution output. It will redownload the app but could possibly fix the issue. Its worth a try. Also alternate you own screen display resolution with the game tuner resolution if you can't get it in a couple tries.

The game tuner app is not available on kindle fire, I just looked in the appstore!

What are our options?
Buy a new device
Suffer along like it is
Quit the game
Ask for a pre-valentine roll back

I’m playing on an ancient Kindle Fire with no issues. I didn’t get that zoomed in glitch.

I dug out an old kindle and cleaned it out for capacity.
The zooms works fine.

I have a Kindle fire 5. How do you clean it out ? I'd like to try and see if it helps.

Delete games, photos, clean cache, etc.

Cleaned out my Kindle fire so now the game is the only app on there. No luck, still zoomed in. Doesn't look like EA is going to fix this. I guess they don't care about the players anymore.

Apparently you need an older Kindle. The one I cleaned up and now use is not a fire.

Odd that an older device will run it better than a new one.

So there's no real fix for this?
