- Please see excerpt from a Reddit poster re: Kindle Fire issue. It would appear older OS users will need to update their software (if possible on your device (depends on product age)) given EA currently has no plans to resolve. Good luck!
Also, see EA’s Twitter re: iOS OS minimum requirements (same as Kindle):

Hope this helps! - That's awesome. Right after I hit 1000% on the multiplier too. I'm sure it won't effect sales at all to abandon everyone who uses a Fire.
- No plans to resolve!? Damn. Sucks for people with a Kindle Fire.

To be honest... At this point with the games lifespan, the kindle fire is stunting the game. For instance when krustyland released. People complained of lag. But it is 100% dependant upon the device which is a fact. The kindle fire is on the low end of tablets. Your paying 80 dollars for a 7' device or 150 for a 10'. I would recommend getting a mainstream current device for optimal performance."TheJuiceLoosener;c-2042834" wrote:

I've had a Fire tablet for over 2 years and have never experienced any lag in this game at all.
Are you sure?"simpsonare;c-2042836" wrote:

That wasn't my device. That was a bug that required a patch. I also play on a cheap phone with lollipop, also with no device based lag issues."brentjwarner;c-2042799" wrote:

On the Addicts site, the guy who got something just like this got some correspondence from support later in the day that said the following:
"Please let me share that, we are receiving the similar contacts and many of the players are facing the same issue. Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of the Studio Team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible. I would request you to wait for some time till this gets through. I know nobody likes to wait however rest assured the team is actively working on it and the issue is being addressed on priority."- @Montez1123
- I just had a live chat with ea about this. Here is the transcript

Are you refering to the krustyland event from last year? When it was released I had the lag issue, when I stored the new rides it went away. I dont use a kindle, Im on android, and this is the only lag issue I have ever had, and was easily resolved by stiring several rides I didnt like in the first place
