My Whacking Day Observations so far
If you tap the speakers and then release the snakes from the log, rock, and stump they will gather by the speakers. Just make sure you put the stereo right next to the those places before you let them...

They are, I gather the sankes first make sure you count as you go(5 for normal license 10 for elite) and then I do the 3 things in town.
