Mystery Box nerfed!!! What the eff?

I talked to EA tech support and they said they won't set my game back because "Mystery Boxes are random". I tried explaining to him that he was given incorrect information but he basically called me a liar so I told him about this forum. He requested a link but never emailed me so I could respond. I'm on a mission now. I wonder how many people have missed out because the customer service and tech support don't know how their own game works. :D I want justice and I want my donuts back!!! :D *end rant*
