492-356=136 That's 136% hidden XP bonus (does not show, does not effect $)

The hidden bonus is only for xp, it doesn't do anything for cash, hence the difference in the numbers

Edit: Your English is probably better then mine, and Im from the US ;)

I took a look at your town (I'm also bearnonymous). Here's my recommendations:
Build a lot more houses. Choose the ones that fit your schedule the best. Purple pay out the most, but you have to tap them every 3 hours. Blue are second best at 8 hours, White is the third best payout, but the most convenient - you only have to tap them 2 times a day.
Don't go crazy trying to build too many KEMs at a time. You'll just bankrupt yourself (I did that several times). 25 at a time is optimum - that's when you hit the price plateau.
I started KEM farming about 3 months ago and hit 939 earlier this week. And I started with a much lower multiplier than you have. In fact, I STILL have a lower multiplier than you at just 204.15%. I build 35 KEMs every 4 hours (except at night of course) and get about 16 to 18 donuts a day (including Challenges and neighbor donuts).

@wadebear Thank you so much for visit my town (I sent you a friend request to wadebear, I can't find bearnonymous..) and for give me advices. I knew one of the problem of my town was the lack of houses but I always had the items limit warning and I don't like to store buildings. I always have hard time try to store all the hidden decorations to lower my items number :expressionless: I used to put a lot of flowers/fences/trees back in the days but it seems I can't do it anymore.
Anyway, now it seems that the limit increased because I have only the first warning and I saved money ti buy space so I'll buy more houses (I've already bought a bunch for 2M)
I'll start farming soon and I hope to have a good income!

P.S. Dumb question: the items counts all the same in items limit right? (1x1, 5×5...)
And do you know what is the current limit?

It is not a dumb question at all. There are some items that count as more than one 'item', have a look at the list at the bottom of the 2nd post in this thread:

On 12th May, it was raised to 9700 as the maximum item limit.

Unless there's another BowieBlackstar somehow you are definitely neighbors with me in my bearnonymous game. You can't find it by searching since you're already my neighbor - just swipe through your neighbor list and you'll find me.
I'm not taking any new neighbors right now in any of my games. I'm actually cutting back because 100 is more than I can handle.

Then why farm for donuts? Think about it... What are you going to do with the donuts your get from KEM farming? Just admire how many donuts you have? Use them to speed up tasks? No, you're going to be buying more stuff to put in your town. Which means you'll have to store a bunch of stuff to make room for the new stuff. If you store buildings then the flowers and fences won't make much sense surrounding empty spaces. Just bite the bullet and put the decorations away for now. Once you have every premium thing in the game you want THEN you can decorate.
