Need some opinions on which Stonecutters to purchase

So my daughter (who is a fairly new player at level 34) has 80 donuts. I figure the best way to use them is to purchase the awesome Stonecutter skins. But it’s been forever since I’ve played that even...

I purchased both and it looks like all skins pay Premium, but I didn't check before I bought both.
