Neighbor Visit Frustrations!
Also having this problem, plus it seems neighbors are getting notice my town is full but I seem to have cleared all Feds.

Are you having problems with only certain neighbors or all of your neighbors? You can always try hiding suspected problem SFs and see if that helps.

That's good then.
Good point about the problems being in certain towns - that is definitely the case for me - a few very full (and beautiful) towns are causing issues - and they are often full of Feds too.
